    In order to prevent the displacement of parts due to force and turnover during assembly and welding, the pressing parts of motorcycle parts are designed according to the characteristics of welding parts. The positioning and clamping mechanism can keep the accurate positioning of components. The pressing part can be adjusted by 360 degree rotation, which is conducive to discharging and reclaiming. The clamping part has a stop ring, which can easily adjust the height and position.

    The use of flexible welding fixture can make the workpiece in the best welding position, and the adjustment range of angler is any angle of 0-225 degrees. There is a 360 degree dial on the angler to clearly observe the angle change. The angler makes the welding position stable and reliable, ensures the stable welding quality of the welding workers, makes the weld formability good, and reduces the process defects obviously. At the same time, the welding speed is improved, the welding size deviation is reduced, the interchangeability of the products is ensured, the auxiliary work after welding is reduced, and the welding quality is guaranteed.
