First, put ammonium acetate (white powdery crystal, available in chemical stores) into the same amount of clean water. After it is completely dissolved, raise the temperature to about 70 ℃, wipe the rusted parts with a soft cloth dipped in enough solution until the rust spots subside, and then wipe off the residual solution with a dry cloth, and the electroplated parts will be as bright as before.

2、 How to maintain a motorcycle?

1. When riding, try to reduce sharp objects such as belt buckle scratching electroplated parts such as oil tank.

2. When corrosive liquids such as gasoline drop on the surface of the electrodeposited coating, dip it dry with silk wool or pure cotton cloth. If there is too much dust, do not wipe hard.

3. In case of slight scratches, the repair agent of motorcycle electroplated parts can be used for repair, and the repair agent such as coarse wax for automobile can not be used.

4. The vehicle does not have to be stored in a place with gas, briquette stove and coal smoke. This is because carbon monoxide (CO) will cause gray black network cracks and corrosion of the coating.

5. Avoid contact with salt, hydrochloric acid, bittern and other substances, because the coating is very easy to dissolve in the above substances. Avoid contact with 84 disinfectant, bleaching powder, toilet cleaning and other substances. Especially in cleaning agents, we must prevent the use of 84 disinfectant.

6. For electroplating parts with dirt like exhaust pipe, fender and wheel rim, do not use steel wire brush, because the brush wire of steel wire brush will scratch the coating surface. Use clean water to loosen the dirt, and then scrub it according to the above methods. If it is not loose, use wooden rods to gently remove the dirt.

7: Avoid putting it at the door of the hotel kitchen or at the air outlet of the range hood. The falling oil fume will cause great damage to the electroplated parts and is very difficult to remove.

8. It is best to scrub the body once in 1 to 2 weeks, and can use special protective agent for motorcycle and automobile electroplating. Pay attention to wipe the dust with a soft cloth at first; In rainy days or in dusty weather, clean the dirt with clean water after driving; Then scrub with a soft cloth, and finally maintain with protective agent.
